We’re delighted to announce that Adam Bezance, Managing Consultant at Robiquity, has been awarded Microsoft Most Valuable Professional (MVP) status – one of the highest recognitions Microsoft gives to independent technology community leaders.
Microsoft’s MVP award recognises individuals who go above and beyond to share their expertise, support others to learn and help shape the future of Microsoft technologies through the community and product feedback.
With just 338 MVPs in the UK, and only a few thousand globally, the award is very highly regarded across the technology industry. Furthermore, Adam is one of just 36 individuals being recognised in the UK across two categories- Business Applications and Microsoft 365 (with his focus being on Copilot Studio and M365 Copilot). Being an MVP, Adam will benefit from early access to Microsoft products and updates.
While Adam’s role at Robiquity sees him helping organisations unlock value from low-code, automation and AI every day, this recognition has been earned through an incredible level of contribution to the community outside of his day job.
Over the past year, Adam has played a leading role in supporting and growing the Microsoft community in the UK. He co-founded both the Norfolk Power Platform User Group (NPPUG) and the East of England Summit (EoES), creating opportunities for professionals across the region to learn, network and share experiences. He was also recognised as a voice within the Power Platform ecosystem, earning Power Platform Community Forum Super User status.
Adam’s expertise in Copilot and AI has also gained visibility. In the last twelve months he has featured four times as Microsoft’s M365 Copilot “Prompt of the Week”, delivered his popular “Run Copilot Run” session (about using AI to improve his running performance) to more than 300 attendees during a Microsoft 365 Community Call, and authored a Plural sight course focused on HR prompt engineering with Microsoft 365 Copilot that has already attracted more than 2,000 viewers.
In addition to speaking and training, Adam also regularly contributes thought leadership content to Robiquity and the wider community. He has a particular skill at making governance and adoption topics more relatable by connecting them to fun topics and everyday experiences. One example being his “Run Copilot Run” session mentioned above. Another being a blog exploring what the FIFA World Cup can teach us about governance. Adam has generated more than 240,000 impressions on LinkedIn alone over the last year.
Importantly, Adam has also dedicated time to providing direct product feedback to Microsoft, helping influence the evolution of the platforms and tools used by organisations worldwide.
Being awarded MVP status reflects not only Adam’s technical expertise, but also his commitment to supporting others, building communities and championing the responsible adoption of emerging technologies.
Discussing what being recognised as MVP means to him, Adam said “For me, being a Microsoft MVP is about connecting people across the community, staying curious enough to keep learning myself and finding ways to give back what the community gave to me early on. I am over the moon to be recognised by Microsoft.”
Congratulations Adam on this fantastic and thoroughly deserved achievement. Everyone at Robiquity is incredibly proud to see your contribution recognised on the global stage!
