This year marks a major milestone for Robiquity as we celebrate our 10th birthday.
Reaching a decade in business is no small achievement, and it gives us the perfect opportunity to reflect on and celebrate where we started, how far we've come and the incredible people and partnerships that helped make it all possible.

The Journey
Co-founded in Manchester in 2016 by Jack Rimmer, Robiquity's original business plan looked very different to the business today. The vision was to build a recruitment and training business focused on Robotic Process Automation (RPA). It quickly became clear, however, that the market faced a significant skills shortage - there were only a handful of experienced RPA developers available in the market, and some initial customers required hundreds. Rather than simply moving talent around the market, the business adapted its strategy and focused on creating talent, developing skills and delivering transformation directly for customers. That shift laid the foundations for what would become one of the UK's leading AI, automation and low-code consultancies.
What followed has been a decade of rapid and impressive organic growth, built proudly from Manchester (where our headquarters remains today) and supported by an exceptional team from further afield. Along the way, Robiquity has firmly established itself at the forefront of each new wave of enterprise automation technology. From early expertise in Blue Prism and UiPath through to becoming a trusted Microsoft partner helping organisations unlock the value of Power Platform, Copilot and AI, the business has consistently focused on helping customers embrace innovation and deliver measurable results.
In 2022 Growth Capital Partners invested in Robiquity. The partnership provided additional backing to accelerate growth, expand capabilities and further strengthen our position in the market, whilst maintaining the entrepreneurial spirit that had driven success during the first six years.
Today, Robiquity is a business of over 170 people in the UK and Egypt and proudly helps some of the UK's most recognised organisations transform operations through automation, low-code and AI, including Evri, the Foreign Commonwealth and Development Office, Greater Manchester Police, Virgin Media O2 and London Stock Exchange to name a few.
A Series of Celebrations
To mark the 10-year milestone, Robiquity has celebrations taking place, not just this month but throughout the year. The celebrations bring together customers, partners and staff who have played a part in the journey along the way – no matter how big or small.
Earlier this summer, we hosted an intimate customer dinner in Manchester’s Rex Hotel, bringing together a select group of customers who have played an important role in our story over the last decade. It was an opportunity to reflect on shared successes, thank those who trusted us to support their transformation journeys early on, and look ahead to the next chapter together.

On the 26th of June, the celebrations continued with the most important event of the year – a celebration of our people! Taking place on the rooftop of The Dome in Manchester, our staff party was dedicated to recognising the fantastic people who have built the business, delivered for customers and helped shape Robiquity. Many of those in attendance have been with the company from the very beginning or joined in its earliest years, making the occasion particularly special.

A Wild Ride
Reflecting on the milestone, Founder Jack Rimmer said: “Ten years is a long time. When I look back at where we started and what we've built together, it's genuinely something worth celebrating. Robiquity is now the longest chapter of my professional life, and I still genuinely enjoy being part of it every day.
When you're running a business, it's easy to get caught up in the KPIs and numbers or the next target. Milestones like this remind you to step back and look at the bigger picture - the customers we've helped, the partnerships we've built and, most importantly, the people who have made it all possible.
Many of our team have been with us for years, helping to shape the business from the ground up. They've built careers, families and lifelong friendships along the way. It's a real privilege to work alongside such talented people and to have so many customers and partners who have supported us throughout the journey. I’m incredibly proud of what we've achieved over the last decade and excited about what comes next."
From our Manchester roots to becoming a trusted transformation partner for organisations across the UK, the last decade has certainly been a remarkable ride. To everyone who has been part of the journey– thank you. Here's to the next 10 years!
