Out of the nine appointed suppliers, we proudly emerged as one of the top two bidders for Lot 2, RPA Professional Services. This strategic positioning enables police forces to leverage our expertise and resources through Statements of Works, on a Time & Material basis, or a fully managed service model. The scope of services offered encompasses discovery, development, implementation, training, and knowledge transfer, all tailored to enhance operational efficiency, drive cashable savings and build internal capability.
The primary focus of Lot 2 is to assist police forces in automating business processes, enhancing operational efficiencies, and curbing duplication and costs. The maximum value of this framework stands at an impressive £76,000,000 over its four-year term, with an estimated annual allocation of £6.2 million for software licenses and £13 million towards professional services and specialised resources.
Commencing on 30th April 2025, this partnership underscores our dedication to revolutionising the automation landscape within the UK public sector. In addition to the BlueLight Commercial National RPA Framework, we are also proud to announce our inclusion in the Automation Dynamic Purchasing System or DPS (Automation Marketplace DPS - CCS) and Artificial Intelligence DPS (Artificial Intelligence (AI) - CCS) frameworks, showcasing our unwavering commitment to expanding our market reach and enhancing our service offerings.
