On 25 March 2026, the Robiquity team came together in Manchester for our annual Employee Strategy Day - an opportunity to reflect, celebrate and align on the financial year ahead. Hosted at the Everyman Cinema, the event brought together colleagues from across all areas of the business.

The day opened with a look back at the year just gone, led by Founder Jack Rimmer, who reflected on what has been another year of strong growth and successful delivery for the business. From expanding customer partnerships to growing our work with emerging technologies, Jack highlighted the collective effort behind Robiquity’s success and thanked teams for their commitment, innovation and passion.

Great Customer Outcomes

A key theme throughout the morning was celebrating great customer outcomes. Various delivery teams showcased standout work delivered over the past year, sharing real examples of how Robiquity has helped its customers across the public and private sectors solve complex problems, drive efficiency and unlock real value. These stories provided a powerful reminder of the tangible day-to-day impact our work has.

Market Alignment

A highlight of the agenda was a fireside chat featuring our new customer - the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office (FCDO). The conversation enabled colleagues from across the business to gain a first-hand insight into FCDO and the work they do across the globe and its priorities and challenges. The session offered the team an open and honest look at strong partnership and collaboration and how this helps to drive successful customer outcomes.

The afternoon also included a short technology alignment video from Jon Chapman, Solution Engineering Director at Microsoft. Broadcast on the cinema screen, Jon shared Microsoft’s perspective on the evolving technology landscape and how organisations like Robiquity can continue to lead in this space by combining technical expertise with practical, customer-focused delivery. The session reinforced the strength of our partnership with Microsoft.

Creating Measurable Value

Looking ahead, Tom Davies, Robiquity’s CEO outlined the company’s FY27 plan, setting out clear priorities for the year to come. His session focused on our core mission to help UK enterprises unlock the full value of AI, low-code and automation - not through one-off projects, but through continuous, embedded partnerships that build capability, accelerate delivery and create measurable value.

Discussing the event, Tom said: “Days like this matter because they give us the chance to pause, reflect on how far we’ve come and get excited about what’s next. All while spending valuable time together in person. As we look ahead to our FY27, our priorities are clear: continue delivering incredible ROI for our customers, invest in our people and scale the business in a way that stays true to who we are. I couldn't be more excited!”
